In most situations, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged product, defective item, or an error caused by our team.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable, except when the return is the result of a mistake made by LhnscNak™.
